Agricultural V Belts

Agricultural V belts by ContiTech defy the rough environmental conditions in agriculture. The Conti-V Varispeed Power is a wide high performance V-belt and was specially developed for the kind of variator and variomatic drives used in nearly all agricultural machinery. The belt, which is based on synthetic rubber, has a low-stretch aramid tensile member for the safe transmission of high powers. The belt is temperature resistant from -30°C to 90 °C.

Conti-V Multibelt

Particularly good as a clutch belt is the Conti-V Multibelt: Thanks to its friction-reduced fabric, the heavy-duty V-belt ensures gentle and silent clutch engagement. Still another advantage: A transverse cord reinforcement ensures a high degree of transverse rigidity in the belt, which also enables safe transmission of large loads.

ContiTech Unipower Tough Grip V-ribbed belt

ContiTech also presents the Unipower Tough Grip, a V-ribbed belt with a textured surface, which offers a perfect solution for operating auxiliary units in agricultural engines under extremely demanding situations. The special pulley side ensures low wear and maximum running smoothness. The belt guarantees optimum grip under extreme conditions, like critical slippage, cold starts, dampness, or disc misalignment.
