Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Manager covering our busy general sales office team of approximately 8 staff. As well as team management and development you will be hands-on, including dealing with inbound enquiries received via telephone, fax and email, quoting, processing orders and progress chasing. Our ideal candidate will possess a good standard of education, a confident telephone manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills. If you have an aptitude for figures, an eye for detail and thrive when busy then you could be just our kind of person. You will already have experience of managing a busy sales office, customer service team or call centre team, but the ability to develop and work in a close-knit team is central to the role. Full product training will be given and you will benefit from being part of a successful company, that is a leader in its field. This is the ideal time to join us and help shape processes and best practice, with full management backing, new IT investment and a highly capable and experienced team.

Relevant Experience: 5 years minimum sales office/customer service supervisory/management experience.
Existing Qualifications (Edu/Certs/Driving): Min A Levels or equivalent.
