Proficient with Office applications and an advanced user of Excel, you have honed your skills and enjoy exploring new functionality. A problem solver, you have the knowledge and experience to know what works best and in what situation.
You have a working understanding of databases e.g. Access, SQL and how best to manage them, including CRM, MRP or ERP systems. You will be as comfortable with Windows server environments as well as cloud based solutions used by business departments. These include ecommerce platforms (e.g. Magento) Google Analytics, Adwords and website platforms (e.g. WordPress).
You will work closely with the Managing Director and Marketing Manager and have the support of our various external IT support providers who cover, network and systems, Magento, WordPress, Sage and Epicor ERP.

Upto 25 days annual holiday (plus statutory holidays). Birthday day off as holiday (subject to conditions).
As this is a key position you will need to be able to demonstrate;
- First line internal IT help desk support skills
- Technical experience across various systems and technologies
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Good communication and personal skills
- Minimum basic understanding of HTML coding and C++
- SQL Databases
- Advanced Excel
- SRSS/Crystal Report writing and development
- Ecommerce storefront management experience (e.g. Magento/Shopify)
- Website management and support experience (WordPress/HTML)
- Support for and ad hoc management of cloud based business solutions (e.g. Google/Twitter)
- Cyber security and data protection

Existing Qualifications (Edu/Certs/Driving):
Degree level or Higher qualification preferred in an IT subject.
