There are now 7 additional sizes available in our Wippermann Side Bow Chain range. In addition to the stocked ASA 61 we can also supply ISO 606 (European and American type) variants.

Typically used in conveying systems, the construction of side bow chains is similar to roller chains according to ISO 606, except with a chain joint modification to adapt it to a given space and a curve radius of up to 250mm.  Side Bow Chain can also still be equipped with attachments and special plates. Specially machined pins or bigger tolerances between pins and bushings allow for the unusual lateral bending of Side Bow Chains. Lateral backlash between the inner and outer links is adjustable as needed.
