Wippermann’s new chain wear indicator lets you check roller and leaf chain condition quickly and accurately—right at the machine.
Chain elongation happens naturally over time, and if ignored, it can cause malfunctions and extra wear. This tool helps you spot issues early so you can plan maintenance in good time. Simply place the indicator against the chain to see immediately whether the wear limit has been reached. Rear stops ensure easy and precise use, even on smaller chains like 06B.
Fits Multiple Chain Types
Available versions cover:
- Roller chains to ISO 606 (e.g., 06A/ASA, 06B European)
- Leaf chains (LL series) to ISO 4347
