These helical gears feature hardened and ground teeth for smooth, accurate power transmission. Manufactured from C45 E steel, they have a left‑hand helix angle of 19° 31′ 42″, 20° pressure angle, and quality grade 6h25. Teeth are hardened to 55–58 HRC, with a soft bore for ease of machining and assembly.
