With the  ongoing growth of TransDev’s drawdown belt range (Vertical Form Fill Seal Belts), TransDev has invested further in machinery to meet demand for the Transgrip range of belts.

These UK manufactured toothed timing belts come complete with a backing on the top surface to help vertically drawdown film in packaging machines to make bags. Transdev Draw Down belts are available with rubber as well as Polyurethane base belts. All covers are precision ground to give consistent thickness, with our in-house specialist machinery we are able to produce vacuum belts with holes, slots and machined teeth.

A complete range of seamless backings are available to suit all Draw Down applications. Seamless backings are bi-directional and offer a consistent grip with films. If the belts are a non-standard size they can be manufactured in-house to your specific requirements. Seamless and glued backings are available for less popular sizes. Stocking of specific belt types for call-off is also possible.
