Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Co-Ordinator within our busy general sales office team. Duties will include dealing with inbound enquiries received via telephone, fax and email, quoting, processing orders and progress chasing. Our ideal candidate will possess a good standard of education, a confident telephone manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills. If you have an aptitude for figures, an eye for detail and thrive when busy then you could be just our kind of person. You may already have experience of working in a busy sales office or call centre, but the ability to work as part of a close-knit team is central to the role. Full product training will be given and you will benefit from being part of a successful company, that is a leader in its field.

Holiday:
20 days holiday, rising at 1 day per year to a max 25 days after 5 years continuous service (PLUS bank holidays).
Skills Required:
Reading, Communication, Teamwork, Numeracy, Accuracy, Sales
Relevant Experience: 1 year minimum sales office/customer service experience beneficial, however training will be provided.
Existing Qualifications (Edu/Certs/Driving): GCSE or equivalent.
