Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Co-ordinator within our fast-paced sales support team. Duties will include engaging with Customers and Clients via telephone and email, quoting and processing orders and chasing the progress of outstanding requests. Our ideal candidate will excel in customer services, be able to communicate confidently and concisely, have excellent attention to detail, strong multitasking skills and the ability to problem solve logically and with patience. A confident, friendly telephone manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

We are looking for a bubbly, confident person to join our close-knit team. If you are good with people and have a flair for facts and figures, you might be the person we are looking for!
Full product training will be given and you will benefit from being part of a successful company, that is a leader in its field.

Hours:  Mon-Fri 9-5pm, 37.5 hours

Benefits:  Free parking. Company pension scheme.

Holiday:  20 days holiday, rising at 1 day per year to a max 25 days after 5 years continuous service (PLUS bank holidays). You also get your birthday day off as holiday (subject to conditions).

Skills Required:  Communication, Teamwork, Numeracy, Accuracy, Sales, Multi-tasking, Organisation

Relevant Experience: 1 year minimum experience in a sales office/customer service role is essential.

Existing Qualifications (Edu/Certs/Driving): GCSE or equivalent.
